We have a wide range of facilities to carry out manufacturing of any complicated/machined components especially Hydro-Generator copper parts and Edge Wound Potted Coils for various Traction Motors.The plant possesses separate facility for machining,winding and insulation of the coil of Traction Motors. The winding shop is equipped with flat winding as well as edge winding facility of field coils whereas the Vacuum Pressure Impreganation Plant has the capacity of Impregnation upto 900 Lts along with the advanced technology, infrastructure of testing equitments such as Digital Surge Comparsion Tester through which the data results obtained can be transferred online to the customer.The plant is also well equipped with the testing equipments like Resistivity Meter , A/C - D/C Hi Pot Tester, Digital Megar,Insulation Resistance Tester, Hardness Tester,Conductivity Meter etc.
